My bargains this week weren't so good. I bought ultra violet fly killers from Maplin, but in small print in the catalogue it says order 2 to get the buy one get one free offer. I bought one and got one! The solar panel to charge my car battery was a good idea, but how do I know if it's charging, the LED is missing.

I'm off to Currys later to check out a half price stainless steel microwave, maybe I'll be luckier. My thrifty and frugal blogs are available if you Google my user name and select my Wordpress blog.
