Welcome to the fourth of our frugal gift guides - gifts for teens, kids and babies!

Having looked at the best gifts for parents, grandparents and in-laws yesterday, these hot gift deals should put smiles on the children’s faces this Christmas - whether they’re bawling toddlers or grumpy teenagers…

DVDs

1. On Amazon you can now pick up a DVD of the children’s classic Goodnight Mister Tom for just £3.97, down from £11.99. Free UK delivery is available.

This has a PG certificate, and elements of the story are quite heartrending, so it’s probably more suitable for slightly older children.

2. Over at the Hut, there are some great offers on Disney/PIXAR DVDs, with up to 83% off.

For example, you could get Up for £9.85 (down from £22.99); or Monsters, Inc. for £7.85 (reduced from £19.79). Both come with free UK delivery.

3. And finally, the Zavvi website is selling the Pirates of the Caribbean DVD trilogy box set for £9.85 - a massive saving on the original RRP of £39.29. Again, free UK delivery is included.

4. Debenhams is currently running a half-price sale on lots of popular children’s books.

There’s a particularly good selection for titches, like this My First Animals 10 board book box (now £3.25) and this Paddington Bear activity book (now just £1.49).

5. Young girls all over the world still seem to be going mad for Hannah Montana.

If your daughter is one of them, you can now get her this special edition Hannah Montana Sony Walkman MP3 player for half the usual price. At Argos it’s £49.99 - down from the usual £99.99.

6. However, teenage girls might prefer the latest hot deal from Boots: Until this Thursday only, you can grab this FCUK The Charm Tote Bag for £22, down from the normal £45.
