Sarah Beeny is a good egg.

Today is Sarah Beeny day on lovemoney.com!  We've put up a video interview with Sarah today in which she says that buy-to-let investors shouldn't consider buying a property unless they can get a 15% rental yield. She comments on lots of things too -if you're the slightest bit interested in the property world, I urge you to take a look.

I confess I've become a bit of a Beeny fan since I met her for the interview. She went out of her way to be polite and all her comments were sensible and level-headed. In fact, she was a bit of a dream interviewee. She made lots of interesting, accessible points in bite-sized chunks that were easy to edit for a video. I guess working in TV for several years has helped her develop that skill, but it's still pretty impressive. 

I'm not surprised that Sarah has had such a successful career so far. She's very likeable and easy to chat to. And bright at the same time. On top of all that, she's managed to have four children! Chances are, her new Tepilo website will be another big hit.
