Car buyers are keen to get cheap new cars thanks to the government's car scrappage scheme, but some dealers aren't so happy.

According to The Times today, some car dealers are worried that they'll never get the £1000 they're supposed to receive from the government when they sell a new car under the scrappage scheme. Apparently the problem is that the government keep changing the fine print in the scheme and dealers fear they'll get caught out.

I cannot understand why the government have gone down the car scrappage route. I think it's a big mistake and a waste of our money.
